Eddie Montgomery’s Heated Twitter Rant on U.S. Government: ‘Fire Them All’

Eddie Montgomery of Montgomery Gentry has made it clear he’s not happy about recent actions from the U.S. government.

On July 23, Montgomery took to Twitter, voicing his dismay over news that Russian bombers had flown close to the California coast on the Fourth of July. According to CNN, the Russian planes didn’t break any agreements or travel to restricted airspace. Still, the news upset some Americans, including Montgomery, who saw the action as a threat.

Montgomery Gentry has been a strong supporter of the U.S. military, performing many concerts for troops overseas with United Service Organizations. The duo released their most recent album, Folks Like Us, in June. You can find out more about the album and a list of upcoming tour dates at Montgomery Gentry’s official website.
