Dwight Yoakam, John Moreland and Sam Bush are among the final additions to the 2016 AmericanaFest lineup.
Earlier today (Aug. 15), the Americana Music Association revealed their last picks for this year’s festivities. Cale Tyson, Andrew Combs, Brandy Zdan, Travelin’ McCourys, the Gibson Brothers, Robbie Fulks, Sarah Jarosz and Jimmy LaFave round out the roster this year.
Over 200 performers will take the stage in venues across downtown Nashville during this year’s festival, which is set for Sept. 20-25. Cale Tyson and Andrew Combs round out the final list of performers added to this year’s already stellar lineup. Lee Ann Womack, Sara Watkins, Wynonna & The Big Noise, Aubrie Sellers, Parker Millsap, Will Hoge, Jack Ingram, Sam Outlaw and John Prine are among the musicians already announced to play the event.
Those interested in attending the festival can purchase wristbands, which allow admission into all showcases as well as special events, for just $60. Those who register for the AmericanaFest conference get first priority for entering all shows, and also earn admission to special parties, panels and events through the week. Conference attendees can also purchase a ticket to the annual Americana Honors and Awards show at the historic Ryman Auditorium during the festival. Registration for the conference is currently priced at $275 for members and $375 for non-members.
You can find more information about ticketing options at the AmericanaFest website.
