Country Music Hall of Fame member Don Williams has been forced to cancel a 21-city tour after undergoing “unexpected” hip replacement surgery.

The 76-year-old had announced the extensive tour schedule in mid-January. According to a message shared on Williams’ Facebook page, “ticket buyers are encouraged to contact local venues and authorized ticketing platforms regarding refunds.”

So far, no statement on Williams’ condition has been released. The Texas native released his most recent project, Reflections, in 2014, and has stayed active on the touring circuit. It’s currently unclear if any of the following cancelled dates will be rescheduled in the future.
