Since the doors swung open for country music icon Jo Dee Messina, she has taken home awards, sold millions of albums and topped charts. Now she is opening the doors to her fans — the doors to her home, that is.
Messina is in the process of moving from her Franklin, Tenn. home of 15 years. Upon discovering that her belongings far exceed her new space, she decided to share those intimate items with fans.
Through an online auction from March 15-23, Messina is giving fans the opportunity to bid on items ranging from her musical instruments to signed memorabilia, to personal household items, all with the starting price of $1.00. A percentage of the proceeds raised through the auction will benefit Messina’s beloved church, Grace Chapel, located in Leiper’s Fork, Tenn.
