Clint Black, the Oak Ridge Boys and the Nitty Gritty Dirt Band are among the performers who have been added to this year’s nightly concerts at CMA Fest 2016.
Newly-inducted Country Music Hall of Fame member Charlie Daniels, Frankie Ballard, Exile, Marshall Tucker Band and Ray Stevens have been also been tapped for the festival’s Nightly Concerts at Nissan Stadium. These artists join previously-announced performers Jason Aldean, Miranda Lambert, Dierks Bentley, Luke Bryan, Little Big Town, Chris Stapleton, Eric Church, Brett Eldredge, Florida Georgia Line, Sam Hunt, Kelsea Ballerini, Rascal Flatts, Thomas Rhett, Chris Young, Blake Shelton, Cole Swindell, Steven Tyler, Carrie Underwood, Hank Williams, Jr. and Keith Urban.
The 2016 CMA Music Festival will be held June 9-12 in downtown Nashville. Although passes for this year’s concerts at Nissan Stadium are sold out, there will be dozens of free showcases across the city during the festival. The lineup for this year’s Riverside Concert, which will also be free to the public, will be announced on April 19.
Last year’s CMA Fest nightly stadium shows included sets from Brad Paisley, Sam Hunt, Eric Church, Keith Urban, Alan Jackson, Luke Bryan, Zac Brown Band, Florida Georgia Line, Lady Antebellum, The Oak Ridge Boys, Cole Swindell, Brett Eldredge, The Band Perry, and Thomas Rhett.
