On Monday, Oct. 24, Garth Brooks will play a massive free show in downtown Nashville in celebration of his seven diamond-certified records. Now, the country superstar is inviting some friends along for the ride.
In Nashville, many country stars like to use Twitter to leak surprise appearances. Brooks did just that by tweeting at Chris Young to invite him the show for a duet.

Of course, Young almost instantly said yes to the idea.

This surprise announcement has sent fans in a tizzy, as its now more than likely that Brooks will have more artists set to show up at the event. So who will join Chris Young for this once in a lifetime performance? Obviously, Trisha Yearwood will be in attendance. But could we see former duet partner Justin Timberlake? Carrie Underwood? Only time will tell.
Over the past few weeks, Brooks has been distributing hundreds of free tickets to fans via Snapchat. The event is currently sold out, but fans can head to Wide Open Country following the concert for a full exclusive report from the show.
