Chris Young is preparing to head out on a national headlining tour this fall.
The I’m Comin’ Over Tour kicks off Oct. 22 in Savannah, Ga. The new tour takes its name from the musician’s current single and upcoming album that’s set to be released later 2015.
In a new interview with Entertainment Weekly, Young says the single is a great representation of his current sound as an artist. “I’m really proud of that song and sound, I think it’s a great bridge from where I’ve been over the past few albums and where I’m going—that’s why I wanted to name the whole project after it.”
The tour, which will feature a mix of Young’s older hits and new tracks from his future release, will also have opening sets from Eric Paslay and Clare Dunn. Tickets will go on sale Friday, Aug. 14 and can be purchased at Chris Young’s official website.
