The nominees for this year’s Americana Music Awards have been announced, and once again Chris Stapleton finds himself in the top of the pack.

The “Fire Away” singer earned nominations for both Album of the Year and Artist of the Year. Jason Isbell earned the most nods this year, with entries in those same categories as well as Song of the Year for “24 Frames.”

Rising artist Margo Price was also recognized in the Song of the Year category for her track “Hands of Time,” as well as Emerging Artist of the Year. Kacey Musgraves’ single “Dime Store Cowgirl” is also in the running for the Song of the Year award.

The 2016 Americana Music Awards will be held in the Ryman Auditorium on Sept. 21 during the 2016 Americana Music Festival, which will take over downtown Nashville Sept. 20-25.
