Ever dreamed of living on a spacious ranch in one the most beautiful areas of Texas? Well, here’s your chance. The Broseco Ranch in North Texas was an enormously successful cattle breeding operation in the Lone Star State, but now it’s being liquidated in a massive sell-off.

The ranch, located two hours outside of Dallas between the Sulfur and White Oak Rivers, has almost 12,000 acres and multiple homes onsite.

The ranch was first opened in the mid 20th Century by P. Pewitt as a grazing operation, but sold to Maryland businessman Donaldson Brown in the early 1960s. Since then, it has become a major brand in the Texas cattle industry.

Known for their award-winning Red Angus cattle, The ranch also offers hunting of nearly 2,000 white-tailed deer. There is also fishing in one of two well-stocked lakes on the property.

The ranch may sell in whole or in part, including a commercial portion as well as mineral and lignite rights. The sale will open for bids on Nov. 15, to Bernard Uechtritz of the Icon Global Group, who also sold the historic Waggoner Ranch in 2015 for a whopping $725 million. This property, in comparison, is going for a relatively low $34 million.
