Brad Paisley says he’s in the midst of recording a brand new album. The 42-year-old was so excited to share the news with his fans that he seems to have forgotten to inform his own team about his intentions.
The new project will be his first full-length release since 2014’s Moonshine in the Trunk. So far, no other details of the new album have been released, but maybe that will change now that his own team knows he’s back at work.
Outside of working in the studio, Paisley has been keeping busy over the past few months. His latest single, “Country Nation”, has picked up steam on the charts in recent weeks. In September, he went on a free national tour of college campuses to promote Moonshine in the Trunk.
On Nov 4, he’ll co-host the 49th Annual CMA Awards in Nashville alongside Carrie Underwood. The ceremony, which will also feature performances from Keith Urban and Miranda Lambert, will be broadcast live from Nashville’s Bridgestone Arena at 8 PM EST on ABC.
