How to Make a Sriracha Bacon Bloody Mary

Everyone loves bacon. Everyone loves sriracha. And everyone loves a Bloody Mary. But what happens when you mix all of them together?

Well guess what, we tried it so that you don’t have to. After long searches, we think we’ve got the perfect recipe that combines three of the greatest flavors into one irresistible Bloody Mary drink. And all you’ll need to do is follow these steps.

First, whisk the following ingredients together in a bowl:

  • 1 cup of brown sugar
  • 2 teaspoons of sriracha
  • 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon

Rub them generously on strips of uncooked bacon.

Then, bake the bacon at 400 degrees Fahrenheit for 10 minutes. Flip the bacon over, and repeat.

Now, for the Bloody Mary part. You’ll want to mix the following ingredients into a pitcher.

  • 4 cups of tomato juice
  • 3/4 cup of vodka (or to taste)
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 2 teaspoons of horseradish
  • 1/4 teaspoon celery seed
  • 1 teaspoon of sriracha
  • 1 teaspoon of Worcestershire sauce

Add salt and pepper to the Bloody Mary to taste.

Then, serve the Bloody Mary with the bacon and celery straws in a glass. For an added flavor, throw in some olives as well.
