Blake Shelton Plays Unloved Disney Character in Never-Before-Seen SNL Skit [WATCH]

In a never-before-seen skit from an on Saturday Night Live, Blake Shelton learns there isn’t much love out there for Pocahontas‘ John Smith.

This hilarious scene takes place at Disneyland, where Beauty and the Beast’s Gaston has to take a break and is replaced by Shelton’s version of the not-so-classic movie character. Neither the kids nor their parents seem too interested in getting to meet Shelton, even though more obscure characters seem to be drawing crowds.

“John Smith” never really seems to find his crowd of fans and instead opts to drink away his worries before riding some classic Disney rides, which I definitely wouldn’t recommended, unless you want to get swiftly banned from “The Happiest Place on Earth”.

Shelton’s lack of acting skills for this performance is what makes it so funny to watch, as you can totally tell why kids aren’t exactly thrilled to stand in long lines for a meeting with Pocahontas’ love interest.

The clip is another fun video showing off Shelton’s infectious personality and sense of humor fans know and love.
