Want to Get Fit Dancing to Country Music at Home? There’s a New Program for That

Fitness trainer and 21 Day Fix creator Autumn Calabrese decided 2016 is the time to bring her love for exercise and music together to create one dance-inspired Beachbody program — Country Heat.

The high-energy, low-impact dance program incorporates 30 minutes of nonstop dancing with today’s country music hits, providing an easy-to-follow workout that will make getting fit fun. The goal of Country Heat is to reshape participants’ bodies, using consistent cardio to burn calories and boost metabolism, guaranteeing that results will be seen in 30 days.

The program is designed to include five dance workouts, one full-body dance conditioning workout, a quick-start guide, a thirty-day calendar, a nutrition guide with seven portion-control containers, a Shakeology shaker cup, and a bonus line dance workout.

Expect to find an original song, “Night Crawl,” penned specifically for Calabrese’s project by Jo Dee Messina. Other tracks include: “All About Tonight” (Blake Shelton); “Crash and Burn” (Thomas Rhett); “Some Days You Gotta Dance” (Dixie Chicks); “Bar Hoppin'” (Sandra Lynn); “Kick the Dust Up” (Luke Bryan); “Cotton Eye Joe” (Rednex); “One More Last Chance” (Vince Gill); “Play Something Country” (Brooks & Dunn); “I Like It, I Love It” (Tim McGraw); “Born to Boogie” (Hank Williams, Jr.); “Save a Horse (Ride a Cowboy)” (Big and Rich); “Chattahoochee” (Alan Jackson); and more.
