Bacon makes everything better. You can find it in your salads, your snacks and even your desserts. There’s something about the texture and taste that just adds a whole new level of amazing to pretty much anything you’re eating.
Obviously, the people at Cook With Me.at agree with me, because they’ve come up with one of the most genius ideas of incorporating bacon that I’ve ever seen. Two words: bacon sushi. Be still, my soon-to-be artery clogged heart.
To begin this delicious creation, you’ll need to spread out a sushi mat. Layer strips of bacon along the mat, and then line a layer of seasoned ground beef on top. Add a cheese log to one end, and then begin to roll up your mat.
Next, you’ll throw it in the oven and apply a glaze of barbeque sauce on each roll. For an added crunch, you can add a layer of crushed tortilla chips or fried onions to the top of the roll. After that, slice them up and try not to eat them all at once.
