The Baker House from 'Fixer Upper' Just Hit the Market

If you've been watching the final season of Fixer Upper, you'll probably remember the Baker House. Now, that adorable remodeled abode in Waco, Texas can be yours.

According to People, Patti Baker moved into the home to make a new start after losing her husband to cancer in 2013. After purchasing the property from Magnolia Realty, she was shocked to be picked for a renovation from Chip and Joanna themselves. Shortly after the renovation early last year, she reunited with Pastor Joe Finfrock, an old friend. They immediately had a connection, and Finfrock ended up proposing on their first date!

Now, Patti is ready to start their lives together in a new home. That means one lucky Fixer Upper fan will be able to move into a home freshly redesigned by the HGTV stars.

Inside, the home features Chip and Joanna's classic farmhouse style.

The cozy living room is filled with neutral tones.

Dark wood paneling makes the dining area really pop.

The stunning kitchen has plenty of storage and a stunning wood island.

This cozy nook is a great place to curl up with a good book.

This laundry room has a place for everything.

The master bedroom is airy and bright.

The master bathroom has beautiful accents of wood and quaint patterns.

The garage also has plenty of room for storage.

You can find more information about the property at Magnolia Realty.
