Florida Georgia Line and Dierks Bentley are among the other acts to headline the ACM music festival Party for a Cause.
The third annual Academy of Country Music’s Party for Cause festival is going to live up to its name.
The charity event, which will be held in Arlington, Texas, boasts an incredibly deep lineup. Headliners include Luke Bryan, Miranda Lambert, Kenny Chesney, Florida Georgia Line and Dierks Bentley.
Country legends such as Clint Black, Patty Loveless, and Alabama, as well as up-and-comers Sam Hunt and the Eli Young Band will also perform. The complete list of performers has not yet been finalized.
The festival will take place April 17 and 18 at Arlington’s Globe Life Park, the first year it will be held in Texas. The move corresponds to the 50th anniversary celebration of the ACM Awards.
The awards show will take place the following night, Sunday, April 19, at nearby AT&T Stadium and will be hosted by Blake Shelton and Luke Bryan.
In addition, Party for a Cause has teamed up with Garth Brooks’ and Trisha Yearwood’s event, One Night, Two Cities, All Music. The gala will take place in Dallas and Fort Worth and will feature what seems like all the remaining country artists, including Keith Urban, Lady Antebellum, Hunter Hayes, and Little Big Town among others.
Besides the incredible lineup, the ACM Party for a Cause festival will have multiple stages, interactive experiences, food trucks and vendors and promises much more.
A camera crew will be on hand to film the two-day festival for a two-hour special to be aired on Friday, May 15th on CBS: ACM Presents: Superstar Duets!
Ticket sales from Party for a Cause will benefit ACM’s charity ACM Lifting Lives.
